DOY revised: bug in dream village?

I'm trying to get the mirror but I keep on falling onto this location and not on the chest itself. Any hints as to where I should fall from? The spikes don't seem to push me far out enough... 😞

I posted a good hint a few days ago, skim through the end of the thread.

Can someone please tell me where the bow is? I found the dungeon to get the glove but I can't kill the boss so I'm thinking this is what I need. The only other weapons I have are bombs and the boomerang.

The bow can be fond in Error's Mansion but you don't need that to defeat the boss in the mushroom cave... Just need bombs and a nice full health... 😊

the path is in the middle of the room.

takes a bit of trial and error to find it, just try to land in the room in the center/center right from the bag above.

I've tried inching using the middle portion of the screen(the vertical part, right?) but there're invisible cells around it that when I walk towards the chest, I fall down to the room full of whizzrobes... Sigh

like I said, it's a trial and error and it gets fustrating.
Now picture in your mind the top center of the room. it's something like this (might be off/missing a cell or two) but you'll get the idea.

L = Lens of Truth
v = visable block
h = hidden block
. = nothing, just ignore

the hidden blocks are formed in a shap of the letter J or reversed L.

remember, the hidden blocks don't even show up even if you had the lens.

To kill the boss in the mushroom cave you just kill the regular enemies in his room.

I do kill the enemies and then the boss shoots stuff at me and kills me too. I never get to keep the glove. There are 2 waves of ememies.

After you finish off the little mushrooms, hit the big mushroom with the BOOMERANG alot to kill him.

I've explored much of predator dungeon (found the special item and the boss key) However I need some hints as to where the relic for predator is and the location of the final key. I've explored all of the body and there's the lower left room in the head not explored. My guess is that the key is the final key to open up the door to the boss room on the lower right. Thanks in advance!

Edit: I've found the predator relic (which is at the right side, one south of the south walls and gotten the armour upgrade in the excavation (is it more powerful than the red armour?) And the key as well! That key was near the boss key... Can't believe I missed it... Now onto the Hotel... Hopefully I'm doing it in the right sequence...

You may be screwed. This quest is not fully compatible with 2.1. However, in 1.83 I overcame it by dropping down from the room where you get the map, then diving into the sewers. I don't know why this worked, but it did.

the hotel is before the predator, not that it really matters.

I got the glove and went and paid for each clue about the bow, glove and flippers. I went to Errors but can't get any of the doors to open. How do I get to other parts of his mansion? In Lake Hylia I need the flippers, bow to hit target or the ladder to get to the other side. So, I'm stuck. I'm sure it's something simple but can't seem to find it. The clue at Error's was to step on switches. Well there is one to the right of entrance but how to push it? Is there a shop that sells the shield?

Sorry for so many questions.

1) In Error's Mansion, there are bulb like switch in the Mushroom Cave, activate them the same way by walking over them.

2) The dam was a killer for me as well... Remember the rule of Zelda: Push all blocks, kill all enemies, and bomb ALL walls. 😊

3)The shop that sells the shield is only accessible after you complete the dam but you'll need your bow to complete the dam.

No way... Is the save file transferable to the 1.83 build? Or to the build it was supposed to be played on? When you mean the map, are you refering to the F1 or B1 map? Because I can't find the F1 map...

I've tried the warp before dive method and it works with 2.10 !! (Thanks Obob!) 😃 I can't seem to find the second key inside the hotel...(the first one I found was in the bomable room with the dodongo) I've found a HC in the anteroom outside and the hidden relic in the town... Could somebody help please?

I've found the key in the most unlikely place... Can't believe I missed the block ... I've gotten past Sea Dog's challenge (there's a minor non game threatening bug where by if you move up all the way north, your screen goes all yellow and white, for my version that is. To solve it, just go back where you came from, the final challenge is accessible.)

I have the belt now but I still can't get across the bridge... Is that thing blocking the way destructable?

Thanks for the help, I finally figured out the switch thing. I thought that once triggered something happened in the same room. Finding all kinds of new areas but no bow yet. 😊

Which bridge? the one that takes you to enigma castle?
walk up the ramp from the bottom.

I've tried walking up the bridge, the one left to the gateway of Capitol Port, but there is this thing blocking my path on the bridge... Am I supposed to blow it away with belt magic?

there is nothing blocking it.

You are trying to walk accross the bridge without walking up the ramp from below correct?

In the capitol port, what do I have to do with the fisherman that is complaining about the iron knuckle soldiers?

The thing is that I am walking up the ramp from the bottom. However:

The Q represents this stone/rock/cone that is blocking my way. It's located at the intersection where you turn left on the bridge.

I was not looking closely enough at the bridge and didn't realise that I can walk to the left from Q (sheepish look) I'm currently tackling the castle and have found the boss key and relic. I've solved (or I think I have) most of the puzzles there... And also found the combination for the 3X3 square by the portal in B1.

My trouble now is that even after walking on the colour squares, nothing seems to happen. No 'trigger sound' or the likes. Could somebody help me out here please? (Is there a certain combination to walk on the space?) And up to this point still have not found the book. Is that a good sign?

I'm having trouble with f-2 at the dam. Have killed, pushed and bombed till I'm blue. I can't find the triggers for the black spaces which send me back to f-1. How do I get across these? A little hint please? 🙄
