Did you find your way to the portal in the garden? That eventually leads to a switch that opens up a hole north of your starting location. Also, walls you can bomb in that dungeon have two white floor tiles in front of them. Hope that helps. This is probably one of the most difficult dungeons in Lost Isle to navigate, so giving more detailed information on where exactly you are would be helpful.

yes, level 4 can't even compare to the complexity that is level 2. Level 3 can be confusing a bit, but that's only because of the massive amount of keys and the myriad of floors you have to explore, but its not as confusing.
You can bet on that DFW, i am still on LV 2 , found the Map, but no much use , cause is too confuse to me.
if i can ask you something as a player, in futures quests, dont put this much of shield steller AKA Like-Like s in the past. i hate them...
And theres is no shops selling shields in here.
BTW, i just found 2 Shops, there is any more ???

blame Peteo, he loved those enemies and against my will, spread them hatefully across the island far more than I would have. :P
There are two shops that sell shields, but these do not show up until much later in the game, so don't bother looking for them yet. There are quite a few more shields you can find for free in caves and stuff.
I'm stuck In level 3.
I have the map, compass, royal melody, but I have NO clue where the ladder/big key are, and I have no keys. Where do I go?

Okay, I found another key and used it to get to the second timed "Minigame". I haven't passed the minigame yet.
I'm so stuck in Level 3. I can't find the key to open the lockblock on F1 so I can reach the upper rooms. Also, where are the bomb upgrades, and can I get the boomerang yet?
There are (I think) two bomb upgrades available to you right now. One is in the Graveyard and the other one is on Mount Horgrus. The third and final upgrade is on the border of Zakerand fields and Xaagan Wastelands.
As for the boomerang, once you get a candle, I highly suggest you head up Mount Horgrus and start exploring.
You can't continue in Level 3 without the boomerang, so you should go to the mountains and get it now.
I have the boomerang- I'm just lost. By second time minigame, I mean more button pressing.
EDIT: Ok, I made it to the boomerang game and I think the ladder is immediatly after it. Problem? I'm shy a key. Help please?

Yes crmage, I did. I got the one on the ledge close to the entrance of the castle, I got the one on the balcony, I got ONE of the note doors (where's the other?)
I'd rather not use that extra key unless I REALLY need too.
There's three note doors total, and they're located on the Basement, 1st, and 4th floors. The one on the 1st floor has the key. It's near the grand staircase that gives you quick access to all the floors.
I only remember two other keys that are easy to miss without the Ladder.
[SPOILER]1)Did you check the Armos statues around the level? One reveals a hole you need to drop down.
2)On the 3rd floor, there's a wall you can bomb that leads to a staircase down to 2nd floor. Once there, you have to solve one of those disappearing floor puzzles to get the key.[/SPOILER]
If you got all three of these keys, I don't know where you could look, except to check all the rooms again. All the regular keys are in visible chests, so you only need to find the chests. If it helps, by now you are able to explore every room (if not finish them) except those in the basement.
AHA! I belive that second key you listed is it. I've opened every RM door now. That miniboss behind the basement one surprised me though.
Hmm... I can't seem to find the wall you're talking about... Can you give a room description?
Remember the room with the sign about the ammunition room? From there, head west, then south (the vertical hallway that consists of two "rooms" if that helps).
Ooooh... I got the ladderr and 2 keys, then headed into the basement and used them. Then I reached the Big Key's chest... and couldn't open it.
I got the key on the third floor and the key after the cave (Both requiring the ladder)
Is there a third requiring the ladder, or one I missed in the basement?
You're missing the one at the top floor (5th, I believe). The staircase is east of the room with the note doors.

I love the quest, Dark. I've been hooked on it the most out of the 7 quests I have right now.
Right now I have 10/16 hearts, and I went to get the Magic boomerang but I didn't restock on my bombs before I went there >.<

It's talking about the candle. The dungeon is optional, but totally worth your while to complete now.
WOW am I lost. I ave a key in the ive dungeon, but have no idea what to do with it. Is this like levels 1 and 2 (only 2 keys), or is it insane like level 3?

The two halves combine into a full potion. After that, you'd be wasting them.

Carmage, that last answer is wrong. After acquiring the ladder and magic 'rang, you can access a rather PRICEY shop in Akavir Swamp that sells potions, shields and bait for 500 a piece. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!
Once you've beaten level 4 and got the rod chip, you then have access to a FAR cheaper (yet still pricey) shop in the cave under Tahou Woods leading to Kali Beach. Its well hidden however. (both shops are, but this one more so)
So there is hope.

You know that little skeleton guy in West Oderra who says he wants to race me, or see how fast I am? It says theres an HCP past that guy. I went through and got 5 arrows then got nothing after the next 500 times I went through.
How do I get the piece?

If you checked the various other buildings in town, you'd find out you need to "cheat" in order to win with a short enough time. Look at the course carefully, and figure out how you can "cheat."
