I'm going on my 7th year here, and I seriously have to stop and think before spelling decipher correctly.
The Roof. The Roof. The Roof is on Fire. The Roof. The Roof. The Roof is on Fire. The Roof. The Roof. The Roof is on Fire. We don't need no water let the mother fucker burn. Burn motherfucker burn.
Hello my name is Jimmy Pop and I'm a dumb white guy. I'm not old or new but middle school 5th grade like junior high.
Good party song.
I remember watching Blues Clues out of boredom once when Steve was still around. It was mildly entertaining. Better than watching people talk about grass. Mother. Fusking. Grass. For a whole hour. One can only take so much punishment.....
Well, I just got back from my first weekend working the Ren Fair. (By the way,. I probably won't be around on weekends) I got up as 7 in the morning and got back at 10:30 at night. From 10 to 7:30, I dress in a very hot costume(temperature, you wierdos) outside, am notallowed to sit down, except on my break, and talk in an accent to convince people to play my game. It's a mixture of total fun and total agony. But I'm cool.

Totally. I always thought you were Decipher as well.
What's the Ren Fair? What's your game? Are you a carney?
Sorry, Renassaince Fair. I think I talked about it a few days ago in thsi topic. My game on sunday was Master Gamer, a crossbow thing with suction cup-tipped darts.
I need to win the lottery so I can buy a nice piece of land and by piece I mean few hundred acres. Build an awesome house, nice horse barn with indoor arena to practice barrel racing in and go through the woods and make my own trail with my horse.
Until them I'm stuck with the cost of boarding a horse which bites. The costs every month aren't bad because they feed your horse hay am and pm, grain am and pm, clean the stables once or twice a day, daily turnout and access to water 24/7. A lot of places even let you use their facilities or ride through their trails. Only problem with that is I want to get a new truck in the spring or at least a trailblazer. After the vehicle payment and insurance plus gas that doesn't leave a lot left over.

The lottery is for wimps. Real men get an education, and do a high end white collar job, or even just play the stock market, and end up with the money equivalent to winning many lotteries.

Going to college for my fire science/ems serivces/nursing degree. Work full time as a firefighter/paramedic and a few days every month as an ER nurse and I'll be making enough that I can buy the land and build a nice house. The fire and ems degrees are more or less tied together. Take all the core classes and then a few select and you have one degree down then you just have to take the specific class for your other degree.

No, that was me. Then I got a job. Wish I hadn't - I was in the freezer for about half an hour today, and my hands got so cold I couldn't feel my fingers. Then, when the feeling started coming back, it burned with the fires of a thousand suns.
I'm so glad next week is my last. No matter what anyone else says.
Was actually referring to Glenn, but hey, 2 birds one stone.
I'm graduating from college in less than 2 months from now, and then I'll be doing a job as a software developer.

But you're still gonna be living at home alone and without a girl.
No big deal, remember the gigabytes of hentai. It'll replace the girl for at least 2 months.

Haha, damn straight.
Eventually I'll have enough money to hire prostitutes whenever I want.
^^Will you have enough money to fight off STD's?
I'd make sure they were clean first.
You know, I've always been puzzled by the phrase "living at home." I mean, of course you're living at home, where the heck else would you live? I understand that it's implied that it's your parents' home, but still... It's just a weird choice of phrase. Which reminds me, I need to start figuring out where the hell I'm gonna be living in the fall. Mainly gotta make sure I don't screw up the roommate decision again.
"How can you half expect something?"
"How do you turn a phrase?"

Depends on how big it is... either a spatula or a shovel <smirk> 😉
"How can you half expect something?"
By only half thinking.😃 Which many people today tend to do. See, they were smart enough to think it would happen, but stupid enough to think there was a chance it wouldn't. It averages to half.
Could you say that you are half-expecting something to happen if the probability of that event occurring is 50%?
I don't think you even need to go that far. I thought about this the other day, and you half expect something by having it come to your head. If the idea is in your head, you half expect it. It's outrageous, but it's still there.
It's kinda like weather forecasts. What exactly does a 30% chance of rain or a 60% chance of rain mean? Also, if there is a 60% chance of rain and it doesn't rain, or perhaps if there is a 30% chance of rain and it does rain, everyone hates the weatherman or says that he is always wrong.
I think it's just a rough estimate for how sure they are.
Bam sucka WHAT
In regards to rain, it is currently raining IN my room. We have holes in the roof, and so one corner of my room and the closet is getting fucked hardcore.

Record it for Glenn...he might want to add it to his fucked up collection of other sounds and movies.
So... why, when I go to my User Profile, don't I have permission to 'find all posts' or 'find all thread started' by myself?
I smell a conspiracy! :sly:
^^It would just be too convenient. Imagine if it was easy to find your first post, there would be chaos!
I'm sure it has something to do with server load, but what do I know?
