8:00 A.M. - Took SAT.
1:10 P.M. - Got home.
1:11 P.M. - Slept.
5:00 P.M. - Woke up.
5:10 P.M. until now - Nothing, nothing at all.

Don't you love that the essay is right at the beginning of the test and that it drains you for the rest of the test? ACT does it so much better.
Maybe this is naive of me, but I thought that satellites were relatively small. Don't we just have to evacuate potential targets and then deal with the destruction when it comes?

That essay sucked. I switched up historical facts, so I'm expecting a rather low score on that. I think I did extremely well on the math, decent on the writing skills, and okay on the critical reading (which I hate). What sucks the most is the fact I'll be taking this test a few more times.
Historical facts on the SAT essay? What was the topic? It's supposed to be something that everyone can write on.
No, I used historical facts to back up my thesis. I stated that Thomas Hobbes first theorized the social contract theory of the formation of government, then John Locke asserted that government owed its people the three natural rights. It's the other way around. Right?

Most people take it at least twice. I would also recommend taking the ACT. Most colleges will also look at that score and the test feels like a little less pressure, mainly because you don't get penalized for wrong answers. I was able to get most of my scholarship money for college by having a very good ACT score to accompany a my SAT score.
I only took the SAT once, I just wanted to get away from that stupid test. It just knocks you out. And the ACT is a lot easier, you have to take that one.

As for SATs, I never took mine. My school was very unorganized, and didn't understand how to properly give information about it. Awesome.
But whatever, now colleges actually have to put forth effort to evaluate how smart I am instead of looking at a number! Ah-HA!

All of the colleges look at them, so you might as well take them.

That happened to me. We're the only two Hosted Forum Moderators. Once I gave AGN a donation and got my coin, I got the ability back.
