Does anyone else in AP classes notice that the teachers seem to get more lenient at that level? Both my AP Chem and Lit teachers usual response to "I don't have it, but it's at home" is "meh, whatever, just get it in over the next few days"
No, I really haven't noticed that. If I don't turn in my homework ontime for AP Biology, I get an automatic zero. 😞
Heck, my AP Calculus teacher back in high school didn't even grade homework. He would just go over any problems that anyone had questions on. The catch to it all was, though, that if you didn't do the homework, you were pretty much guaranteed to bomb the test.
I think I've established something about my sleep paterns. The later I stay up, the stranger my dreams are. The other, night, I dreamt I was breaking into a castle guarded by ferocious guard goats. That was a strange dream.

That's pretty much how it works for Calculus 3 and Discrete Math at the college I'm attending. It wouldn't be so bad if the teacher wasn't making so many horrific mathematical mistakes in lecture.

I watched a few training videos at work the other day. (I've been working there for over four months now, and I still haven't seen all the videos.) They're typically pretty awesomely lame. Lousy acting + impossibly ideal scenarios + super-cloying-voiced presenters + an intro by Brookstone CEO Lou Mancini, who is possibly the worst speaker I've ever heard = PROFIT! Anyway, I bring this up because they used the Safety Dance as the "theme song" for their Workplace Safety video. Also, in their theft prevention videos, strangely enough, they use the overworld theme from Final Fantasy VIII�you know, the pizzicato one? Weird.

Ya, it was a weird dream. I think actually started out as me playing Wind Waker on my Wii, but turned into me actually doing it.
And let me tell you, nothing is stranger than running for you life being chased by angry goats while trying to distract them with pigs while avoiding being seen by guard dogs and guards and all the while trying to remember what you're doing there in the first place. 😊
