[zeditor] Bogus horizontal submenu appearing where Graphics submenu is

Steps to recreate:

[LIST=1]
[*]Quest->Graphics->Door Combo Sets
[*]Click 'Edit'
[*]Click 'Auto'
[*]Observe partially occluded Quest->Graphics submenu is replaced with "File Quest Edit View" horizontal submenu
[*]Click 'OK'
[*]Now bogus submenu is more visible
