Bigjoe. What can I say, I'm a sucker for icy overworlds.

(Can't count the number of times I've gotten my tongue stuck to something cold. You'd think I'd learn...)

Sorry Bigjoe, this reminds me too much of Blaster Master for some reason.

SUCCESSOR's is just more interesting for me to look at.

It really is probably a terrible reason, but I don't like the "snow" pallett in bigjoe's shot, so I'm gonna have to throw my vote to SUCCESSOR

While I love anything the color blue, Successor's screenie look better. Can't place my finger on why, it just screams to me.

I reeaally like the snowy area in bigjoe's shot, but the trees were used to great success (no pun intended. screw thee.) in the other participant's shot. Effective usage of trees indicates tenacity and diligence in achieving a more satisfying visual environment, which may very well lead to a greater passion set forth to the construction of the quest itself through to the long term.

bigjoe's looks a bit cramped, and SUCCESSOR's looks like it'd be an area in a modern Zelda game, so the latter has my vote

Sweet.

I added this subliminally with every 16x16 tile.

Do you have a part time job as a Fortune Cookie writer?

Thanks!

They are ninja lynels and there are 42 of them!

SUCCESSOR's shot is nice and all, and uses the tree and mountain tiles well (except for that part in the upper left corner where there are trees hovering over the water...uh, wut? o_O), though it is also Just Another Classic Tileset Fairy Pond(tm).

Trees can grow out of water you know!

This is a tough choice to make vote-wise, because aside from the two different screen names, these two shots look like they are from different regions of the same game anyway.
I'm going with Successor's this time for the fact that right now I'd rather be with a little healing winged woman than a bunch of goat people trying to kill me.
