As one of the few remaining hard-@sses around here, I am mystified by what is infraction-worthy in this thread. Unless someone is equating using power with having power.

I would've considered both posts that Tim wrote what the staff who wrote the ToS considered to be "flaming."

I wouldn't tolerate that.
