I think of all of the Xboned pictures, that's gotta be my favorite.
Xbox One
One supposed MS dev attemps to explain http://pastebin.com/uCmdh9jB
I personally don't get this "On a console you have to pay for that PLUS any additional licenses for when you sell / trade / borrow / etc." Yeah, bullshit.
Don't know if it's true or not:
Microsoft is really confusing...
Apparently so:

After a one-time system set-up with a new Xbox One, you can play any disc based game without ever connecting online again.
INTERNET STILL REQUIRED. Unless anyone knows of a pay by the hour ISP?
I'm still probably gonna get a PS4 for KH3 and FF15. And the inevitable release of future Disgaea games on it. That and the X1 launch lineup/window has no exclusives I'm interested in. And PS4 is $100 less.

They must have actually heard everyone's complaints, AKA the pre-order numbers must have been horrific and they realized they had to make a change fast or risk flopping out of the gate.
I am glad they are making the changes but I still don't like the fact that if you have any arcade games or other 360 downloads they won't work with the XBone. Why? Even Nintendo figured out how to emulate this properly with the Wii U. Just seems lazy to me.
Sad little M$ backing down. Too bad. They had some good ideas. Not for me, but they are still good ideas. I'll probably still buy a PS4 instead.
