Its free and Its Mega Man and Street Fighter, I can't just pass this up.

I swear to god everything is a framework on top of a framework on top of an engine on top of some unconfigurable DX graphics library. ..All written in javascript and html. ...then interpreted by some lua scripts. :\

I'm going to play it on my desktop tomorrow when I probably should be working. -_o

Downloaded it, but haven't played it et. Might try it today.
