* ZC: Added the following command line arguments: -0bit, -8bit, -15bit, -16bit, -24bit, -32bit. -- Also added a "color_depth" option to the config file which can be set similarly. These default to 8. *Note that setting these to 0 will use the current color depth of your monitor, so if you need to change these for any reason it is recommended to use 0 or -0bit for that very reason, which should have the best performance. ( Gleeok, 2011-08-14 01:47:12 )No such thing is present in Zelda Classic and Zquest configuration files.
Colour depth option not present in ag.cfg
Oh, I see now, there is no next version released yet! You can't set them if they don't exist yet silly. 😉
PS. The ZQuest color_depth stuff will be removed. This is because I, in fact, did not actually test whether or not ZQuest would even work correctly under these options. This is really because: *True story* Under "Properties->Debugging->Command Args" I had not typed it correctly. ...Shhh.. dont tell anybody that though. :weirdo:
Oh, it's Zquest specific? I was using it with Zelda-w.exe.
No that's what I meant. Unless you have at least 1410 or higher then they don't exist yet. 😊
ZC rc2 and below (ZC only) there is only a -16bit flag option, but it doesn't entirely work correctly and not supported.
