[RC1] Upward stab animation is wrong.

For original animation the upward stab animation is wrong. It works find in game though, it's just a graphical glitch in Zquest.

Oddly enough, the up stab animation preview is only a bit weird if you have original animation set, as it always seems to set the standing tile in the preview box to the tile that comes right after the tile selected for the walking up animation. It's been this way since 2.10, so not a bug.

It might of been that way since 2.10, but it's still a graphical glitch.

To tell you the truth, Z1 animation shouldn't even be used in modern quests. Instead, you should resort to BS Zelda Animation (not the quest rule, the Link animation style). The preview glitch never happened with BS or Z3 animation.

Are you saying my quest isn't modern because I'm using the original link tiles with the original animation.

No, I'm just saying that changing the animation style to BS Zelda or Zelda 3 should fix the little graphical issue with the up stab preview.
Do you happen to have any BS or Z3 animation setup in your quest? Because the default template should have setup for both BS Animation and Z3 Animation.
Perhaps in future versions, there should be a GB Animation Style, which would be 2-frame like the Z1 Style, except without flipping the up movement tiles for things like walking, charging, floating, and swimming.

In that case, is your quest actually for 2.10 and you're just viewing it in 2.5, or is your quest actually for 2.5, but was made before the new 2.5 template was established? It would really help if you could post a link to your quest.

Originally I started it in 2.10 but decided to switch to 2.5 since it's closer to the original legend of zelda.

In that case, try copying some of the Link tiles on page 0 onto a blank page, and arrange them for BS Animation. As 2.5 allows you to define your own Link Sprites.

Technically it should show up correctly regardless of how I have my tiles positioned.
