What happens is I go into the dungeon and enter the room with digdogger, then when I leave, the overworld's cset has slightly changed for some tiles.

(From start just bomb the tile in front of you and go into the room on the right. Then exit the dungeon and it'll change, you don't need to kill digdogger..)
It normally looks like this :

But this is what happens after digdogger..

(This is the newest version as well of ZC, beta 18)
That isn't a bug. It's not changing CSets. The colors used for transparency are being updated after the Digdogger changes the loaded palettes. It actually looks to me like it's more accurate afterward; true transparency would make it look like this.
The Digdogger appearing mostly black is a bug, though, and that's been fixed.
Hmm, I suppose it is then. It doesn't match how it looks without that layer in ZQ still, although it's similar.
But, it is still effecting the layers when you exit the dungeon. Isn't there a way to have it where the colors are accurate when I leave and I can have Digdogger in there?
There's two layers on that screen with the rain, the rain drops which actually is transparent and the lightning which is made out of pure black (not transparent black, actual non-x black) and white tiles, which are translucent, from that setting on the layer. (Might be a good idea to rename that as well someday)
It seems to be affecting the lightning layer which is possibly going to cause problems in the future for game designers, like those who may do rain like I did, or the popular green translucent forest.
So I suppose it's more of a "Digdogger changes layer transparency" than CSet bug.
