Since I have updated to the newest build of ZC 2.5, the shutter in my feed-the-goreya-room doesn't open anymore.

No, the only flag that is checked, is "Treat as NES dungeon screen".
The same feed-the-goreya-room worked perfectly in 1337. But in 1348 it doesn't...

You've got a trigger enemy on that screen. If you remove it, it should work.
I'm not sure what would've changed there since 1337, though. Are you sure it wasn't 1330?
