In 2.10, the Golden Arrow could not penetrate through bosses like Aquamentus, Manhandla, and Gohma.
But in the latest builds, where defenses apply to all bosses except Dodongos, Ganon, and Big Digdoggers, the Golden Arrow does pierce through boss enemies that are vulnerable to Golden Arrows (doesn't matter whether or not the Wooden or Silver Arrows affect them).
