Been awhile since I last played ZC's betas, but I don't recall this happening before.

[*]Load any quest where a message pops up in the dungeon entrance.
[*]Enter the dungeon. You'll see the message (usually "Level 1: Themed Dungeon"😉.
[*]Move to any other screen. The message will repeat.
[*]Repeat step 3 for each screen you go to, even previously visited screens.

Attached is a screenshot of this in action. The screenshot is from the Legend of Romia/Kamala quest, made with an early beta. I would also attach the quest files, but even zipped don't meet the 100 KB limit. Instead, I'll link to the quests themselves on the ZC website...which, by the way, Firefox 3.6 claims is a reported attack site.
Kamala may have been built on a beta, but Simple Link's Awakening is designed for 2.10. Having both of these quests with the same issue makes me think something got changed.
