layer bug 1204

you can see layer 1 on the screen it is being layered over, but not when you look at the screen it is on.
Layer 1 is on 1:1b and layer 0 is 1:0b
you can see the top of the house when on screen 0b but nothing on screen 1b

You can see by the mini map there are other screens with the layers under them, only screen 0A and 0B are not letting me see them, you can see the others

Does 0b or 1b have any other layers over the top of layer 1?

no other layers are assigned any info
screen 0a is doing the same thing on layer 1 but layer 2 (screen right under on 2a) it shows

really strange shit huh

I tried changing the palette on the layer screen, still doesn't show, really didn't know what else to try
