This thread included a poll: Is a fix for this needed before 2.5 is released?

Uh... this image has to do with Link dropping his sword. The flames you see are shot by the flame shooter enemies I placed on that screen.
And was that some kind of joke? 😛

I am having a very hard time reproducing this in my test quest, but I will try with yours, if it happens consistently.

Yeah, my jokes have gained infamy. I was referring to the fact that on full-health link could still shoot magic blasts. But my humor stinks. Anyway since I'm posting again, I have not found a reason for this occurance, but I am looking into it. I wish you good luck in finding and fixing the problem.

Another thing that causes this to happen, if Link gets hit during his slash attack and the player holds the button to charge Link's sword, then the sword will not stay in Link's hand when he charges it. This happens more easily than Link dropping his sword from getting hit the instant he starts his hurricane spin.

Interestingly, I can reprduce the hurricane spin thing, but I haven't seen (or tried) the slash thing. That might be easier to trace, though.
