In the case of this rule, if the Hold Up Item flag is on, Link will not hold up the screen's item after grabbing it with the hookshot if he fires it vertically to grab the screen's item. If he fires the hookshot horizontally to grab the screen's item, he holds it above his head. And I believe this is also the case for special item in Guy Rooms and hidden under destructible combos.

Okay, the bug no longer happens when Link fires the hookshot downward, but it still happens when he fires it upward.
The remaining issue still exists in 1164.
