For some reason, the Door Repair room type only works in caves. It doesn't work on a screen on any DMap that allows guys to appear outside of caves; that is any DMap with the 'Special guys and rooms are only in caves' flag un-checked.

I've fixed this just now.
Confirmed fixed. As for the one involving the door repair being charged multiple times unless in caves, I decided to move that one to Limbo indefinitely.
