If you insta warp into a room, it is possible that a keese can be stuck in the wall, where he can't be harmed by a boomerang.
Edit to add, this is in the 1099

Hmm... I assume the No Flying Enemies type is present, or something. Is the "Sprites Carry Over In Warps" screen thing present?

This was in the last quest I was building before I stopped L, it just got moved from 798 (or something) to the 1099
Elise is playing it, and pointed the problem out.
It was in a screen where he drops from one floor to another, in other words, insta warps.
I don't really remember any of the particulars, she called me over and showed me the screen, but I don't believe it would have had anything to do with "no flying enemies" and I don't believe the sprites carry over thing would have been used.
I'll get her to show it to me again today, but I believe the keese started in the wall and was stuck.
yea, I know, that's a lot of help, but that's about all I know about it, it did used to work, the level she is in had been tested extensively ;O)
this can be gotten around by placing enemy flags in clear positions, not critical
yes, the sprites carry over was checked.
did it again last night, in the 1194 now.
so I guess the answer is don't use enemies in rooms with insta warps to identical screens?
anyway that was my work around.
