1)Start a new quest, head right one screen, and enter the cave.
2)Stand on the blue-green combo w/o taking the hammer. Note how the animation/sound is acting up.
3)Leave and re-enter.
4)This time, take the hammer (to make the guy/string disappear), and stand on the blue-green combo again. The fairy flag will work like it should.
