[Initialization] Rupees and Keys

As you know, the max amounts for rupees and keys are set to 255, but for some reason, we can only put up to 2 numbers in the rupee and key start and max boxes even though there are three numbers in those max boxes to begin with. Therefore, it prevents us from starting Link off with the maximum amount of rupees or the maximum number of keys; plus, if we remove one of three numbers in the max boxes, we can't put the third number back in!
