The inner circle ring of patras w/ the oval pattern uses the big circle pattern. Is this a bug? The outer ring however still does the circle pattern.

I wouldn't necessarily consider this a bug, but when I made the L2 Patra use the oval pattern, the outer ring actually used the oval pattern. BTW, I think there should be an attribute that determines the pattern of the inner ring (if the enemy has one).
Sorry for the confusion. The inner ring is incorrect, the outer ring is okay.
I think they need to double the amount of miscellaneous values so we can do all sorts of crazy shit.
Fixed. Now Oval Patras will have oval inner rings.
