I just found that the item preview in the select special item dialog looks slight distorted like the problem I had earlier with all the item preview boxes that have been fixed but the select special item one.

Large or small mode?
It seems many of them that have to do with items are like they're trying to draw the 16x16 tile as 17x17 or something along those lines in small mode here. Large mode doesn't seem to have a problem that I've seen yet.
Fixed.
