Using "Bottle" Tool to edittiles in window mode.

When I use the "Bottle" tool in the Item editor I have to click on the pixel directly above the one I actually want to click on. This is HUGE problem when editing the top row of the tile since the program is still aware of the fact that I've moved off the canvas and reverts to a general pointer cursor.

Suspect: The bottle cursor is the only one whose hot spot is pointing down instead of up and there may be an issue with its positioning when In window mode.

The hotspot for the hand tool is in the middle of the tool instead of the top-left corner. This is a known issue, but needs to be looked at and fixed finally.

The problem still exists for me in build 976. The fill (bottle icon) tool still acts on the pixel below it instead of the one its clicked on.

In both windowed mode or just fullscreen? Does large mode vs. small mode matter? What about small mode with a scale set on it (like scale 2 or 3)?

I can confirm the fallowing:

Large Mode Full and x3 work for sure.

Small Mode x3 retains the bug.

Untested Due to other bugs that I'll post later:
Small Mode and Full Screen don't work together at all.
I can't use ZCL to do anything with out getting an access error

For some reason, it now has the feature that you need to "configure" it, and then select the 976 from the list under the tabs, once it's configured before the ZC and ZQuest buttons are even un-grayed out.

Thank you. Now that ZCL is configured, I've tested out some more configurations. My conclusions are that the bug is most likely present in any Small Mode + Windowed configuration. I can't rule Small + Full Screen out either though, That combination just doesn't work for me at all.

Fixed. The issue comes from the fact that the actual "hotspot" of the cursor was moved downwards to accomodate the bottle mouse sprite, but the actual bounds checking of whether the cursor was inside the tile window wasn't changed to reflect this.
