[967] Right clicking on Tile Editor moves the cursor

For example, if I right click on tile #26404, the cursor suddenly moves to tile #26836, and doing anything in the menu will apply to that tile, not the one I intended to work on.

Interestingly enough, if you right click on first tile on a page, it moves to the 4th tile on that page. Right clicking on #4 moves to #16. And, #16 moves to #106!

So... yeah.

I bet this only happens in large mode. Small mode works fine, right? Also, does this happen with combos, too?

It's only the tile editor in Large Mode that has the bug. The combo editor doesn't have it at all, nor does Small Mode.
