Ok, this one might sound confusing at first, so I'm gonna provide screenshots to show it better.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that this is large mode in fullscreen. Haven't tested small modes or windowed yet.
EDIT 2: Ok, just finished more testing, and it happens in both large and small modes, regardless of fullscreen setting.
I started with a new, default quest, and went into the tile editor.
I went down to the page with the mountain tiles on it, which looks like it should:
Using the edit button in the tile editor, I go to edit cset 2 of the main palette, and change color 1 to blue, and return to the editor, saving the changes. All is good:
However, save that tile and go back to the selection, and you get the original palette instead of the new one:
So, I go back out to the main screen, and we still have the old palette:
I go into the palette editor through the menus instead of the tile editor, and everything looks good:
Once I return out to the main screen, all is well now:
Same goes for the editor selection screen now:
The bug is that it doesn't update the palette on the main screen until you actually go into the palette editor directly from the menu and come back out from it.
The same sort of thing also happens when editing level palettes using the button the tile editor. It updates fine on the main screen though when your current screen is using that palette number. However, it doesn't in the tile selection screen, and remains using the old palette until you go back in.
