I'm voting for MD. Although neither particularly capture the feel of it.

I was under the impression that the idea of this competition was to give the shot a new 'feel'

I mean it neither of them got the feel that I put into mine (which sadly cannot be uploaded).

In Joe's shot it looks like Link bashed his face into a wall. x_x'

Hrm… The more I look at my shot, the less I like it.

I voted for Joe123. I like the idea of the over/under bridge made with land, but there should be some way visually to show that you can go underneath it.
mighty_darknuts screen looks pretty good too. It looks to me like some sort of a Dark World type place.

That's really just my overworld palette with the normal grass colours subbed with yellowish-green shades. A darkworld would be much&#8230;&#8230;darker.

Like mine. I won't be able to submit it to SotW, but I will get it posted sometime or another.

The are both kinda dull, but I liked mighty darknut's better
