This is an odd bug.
Run ZQuest in Small mode, then run ZC in fullscreen. Alt+Tab back to ZQ - the screen will be still, but right-click its taskbar icon and it will return to normal.
Vista focus bug
I think this might be a problem with Vista in general, not with ZC and ZQ. I have encountered this same bug with other applications, like DosBox.
