Sorry I didn't mention this one earlier, but if Link has a whistle that allows multiple whirlwinds, and the 'Magic Mirrors Reflect Whistle Whirlwinds' and 'More Sound Effects' Rules are checked, then if the first whistle whirlwind bounces off a magic mirror, then leaves the screen, the whirlwind sound no longer plays for any sequential whirlwinds until you leave the screen.
NOTE: The first whistle whirlwind always triggers the whistle whirlwind sound, like it's supposed to.
