If you change rule(s) in the Screen Data on Page 1, and also Page 2, only the screen rules on the page that you were on when you exited apply in the game. The others become automatically unchecked.

Are you sure you are using b864? It works fine for me, but like _L_ said, this bug was present in an earlier build (I think it was in b863).
Perhaps I'm using 863 then. I coulda sworn I had 864.
