Well, try placing some damage combos on a screen, turning on the cheat, and walking over them.
Sometimes they don't hurt you, and sometimes they do.
I couldn't work out much of a reason.
I'll have another look at it and see if I can work out why.
My current theory is that you accidentally turned off invincibility by pressing i, and you didn't notice because A) the "Link flickers" rule was set, and B) the Quick Movement cheat was on.
I only suggest this because it happened to me also, while testing.
