Click a item in the menu bar and hold the mouse button down. Drag cursor to the item in the list (with no sub-menu [>]) and let go. Eh? Nothing, I got to click to access.
It worked in the last build(s) but not 863. Make sure it does like in the actual windows in the Windows Operating System.

Yes. When you click, move the mouse to a submenu, and release in, for example, b819, it selects that option. In b864, you have to click on the submenu to select it. (I have Windows XP by the way.)

I was the one who put in that behavior in 864, because when I went to click on a menu and then let go to browse the menu and click, if I did that while moving that it'd select the first option in the menu.
I wasn't aware people used click and hold at all. I think it's stupid, but oh well, what are ya gonna do?
