Help me out someone.
Command \3 in the String Editor is supposed to look at a Screen Variable set by the script command "Screen->D", and it needs 3 arguments-- Screen Variable number, Value to compare, and New String to switch to. Well, for some reason it's adding a 4th Argument automatically whenever I re-open the string for editing.
What's the fourth argument? It's not documented anywhere.
And I refuse to believe this is a bug because someone would've definitely found something so critical by now.
Please reply soon someone. I'm trying to test this really cool script I wrote myself but I can't if the String Editor won't recognize Screen Variables. T_T

Maybe one of those variables is the /3 itself. From the ZC Wiki:
\3\X\X\X - Goto If Screen Variable.
If one of the Screen->D[] variables of the current screen is at or above a certain value, then ZC switches to another string. Argument 1 is the index into the screen's D array, argument 2 is the value, and argument 3 is the string to switch to.
Eh, what the hell. Here's another question for you.
\1\X\X - Text Colour. Changes the following text to a certain colour. Argument 1 is the CSet, and argument 2 is the colour within that CSet. The text in the Preview Pane changes to reflect the addition and modification of this Control Code.
Does this refer to the main palette, or the level palette we're currently in? Because in the past, the color I thought I was matching up with didn't look right at all.
Ah Christ, so it WAS a bug! X_X
Well. Wow. Glad I could be of help I guess. Thanks _L_. Sure caught me off guard though.
