In 2.10, the BS Patra and its eyes use Extra Sprite Palette 2. On the other hand, in the 2.5 betas, the BS Patra uses Cset 7, and its eyes use CSet 8. This is yet another mistake I forgot to mention a long time ago.
Here's a couple images to prove the difference:
2.10:

2.5 Beta:

Note that Extra Sprite Palette 2 (as seen in the image from 2.10) is the Digdogger's CSet (also used for the BS Dodongo and optionally the NES Dodongo).
UPDATE:

Here's what I did to get the BS Patra and its eyes in the image above to show up in Extra Sprite Palette 2, like it does in 2.10: I checked the Use Pal CSet flag, and set the Pal Cset to 2. And for the eyes, I set Misc Attribute 9 to 14, which is the CSet that uses extra sprite palettes as needed. Perhaps one of the developers could make these changes for the BS Patra in the default template.
Actually, sir, I shall hazard a guess that the 2.10 Patra is the real mistake! A bug in 2.10 that has been fixed!
Well, in that case, someone needs to recolor the BS Patra into CSets 7 and 8 in tilesets like New1st so that they wouldn't look messed up in the 2.5 betas, because they were somehow colored for ESP 2 in those sets.
EDIT: On second thought, we can just use the enemy editor to edit the palettes of enemies that are in the 2.5 betas...
Link me to this "New1st", please!
I still have a copy of 2.10test in my ZC Folders.
BTW, you don't have one already, do you? Perhaps you could check it out in both 2.10 and 2.5...
Oh! You mean that's New1st? Right, right.
...
Hmm. Well, if those quests did in fact use ESP2 for that Patra, then ZC should be backwards-compatable in that regard.
P.S: There's no Mac version of 2.10.
EDIT: I've made a fix. All quests made before the Enemy Editor appeared will have their BS-Patras set to ESP2. Hopefully that won't cause problems.
