After opening the Init data dialogue, none of the controls will work. Then, after a few seconds, everything will start working. This affects all tabs, and includes the tab controls themselves, and the OK/Cancel buttons at the bottom.

Confirmed in Windowed Large mode. It doesn't happen in fullscreen large mode for me.

Ah, I didn't think there was a difference. I personally don't use fullscreen at all, since my monitor doesn't like resolutions lower than 1440x900 (other resolutions are cut off on the side for no damn good reason).
