Drowning in Walkable Water During Hurricane Spin

If Link falls into walkable water during a hurricane spin without the flippers, his walking animation gets messed up, and he is rendered unable to use his equipment items until he leaves the screen. This bug happens with both Classic and Diagonal Movement.
