(842) Quick Sword still doesn't work with wand...

I tried tapping the button the wand was equipped to as fast as I could, but the quick sword rule still did not work with the wand.

However, it does work with the sword once again.:thumbsup:

Either way, I think the quick sword rule not working with the wand is more of a compatibility bug than a mechanical bug, since the quick sword rule did work with the wand in 2.10.:shrug:

Perhaps, there should be a separate rule that says "Quick Wand". Since "Quick Sword" has only been working with sword here lately, I think a similar, but separate rule that only applies to the wand should be made to resolve this problem for real.🙄

Actually, it's my fault. There was a single check that I was consistently overlooking with regards to the wand.

Also, I thought the wand was already going pretty fast, but when I look more closely at my copy of 2.11b9, I see it should be even faster.
