I have the Quick Sword rule checked, but the Quick Sword ability just stopped working with the sword yet again! In addition, it doesn't work fore the wand either. No matter how fast I tap the button, Link does not use the sword or the wand again until the animation is complete. It's supposed to let him use the sword and the wand again before their animation finishes!
Here's proof that someone reproduced this bug by mistake: http://www.freewebs.com/masterpikachu/ZC%20Content/Incomplete%20Quests/LOZ%2DGeneration4.qst
