:laughing: That's seriously the funniest thing I've seen in a while. I encounter situations like that all the time, albeit at a much lesser scale.

As a matter of fact, at this moment, I'm trying to tell Pineconn_lolz how to log in on the ACT website to check his scores. What an idiot.

Yeah, I think that video embodies exactly what tech support hates about the their jobs. Stupid people who think and talk like they know everything even though they're complete noobs. God, I hate those kinds of people. It's one thing to be stupid, it's another to be stupid and egotistical.

Yeah. But still, very rad. I love how he's just trying to play this game of Halo the whole time, and they keep interrupting him with all this bullshit, and then he finally flips out and starts acting like a douchebag and they kick him off the server.
