Using whistle when not on a whistle flag

Yes older quests. I have one that was made in 2.10.
It only works if you're standing on a whistle flag when you use it.
Here's the quest in question.

The whistle is still Freezing ZC in 819 for older quests.

Well, the oldest copy of ZC I have (since I use Mac OS X) is 2.11 beta 9. I edited and saved your quest in that, and loaded it in the current build, and the bug didn't occur.

If the quest was saved in the betas, it won't do it. I tried that as well. It's only with ones saved in older versions of ZC. 2.10 and below.

Well, if that's so, then I think you should make a test quest in 2.10 where I can, ahem, test the bug immediately and without modification.

Presumably this is a bug that my particular version is immune to. Find someone else to confirm it.
