Slashable stuff behavior (b816)

In older quests/versions if you place a secret combo on a slashable tile (like a bush, flower, grass etc) and you slash that slashable tile and that tile's secret combo is set to go to another slashable tile before finally going to the "being cut version" of the tile, they get slashed at the same time, you know? Meaning, with one swing of sword Link slashes the slashable and all of it's secret combos too if they're slashable too. It is so tough to explain.
But what I'm saying is that slashable tiles used to be very sensitive like that. But now in a same kind of situation the slashable tiles aren't as sensitive anymore. You slash the tile, it goes to another slashable tile but even though Link's sword is still on the tile, in earlier versions the second slashable would be cut at the same time, this time ZC waits for Link's slash to finish and then he has to slash again to cut the second slashable tile that was the original slashable tile's secret combo. 😊

It is a pretty minor compatibility bug, but the behaviour HAS changed, though I like both behaviours. Is there any change there could be a quest rule for this (if you even understood what I tried to explain with my bad English), a rule like "Sensitive Bush/Slashable Tiles" or something? Or will C-Dawg come here and tell me "Use scripts, man! Scripts are the answer to all your problems." 🙄

How about instead of a quest rule, a new combo type: Patient Slash (Bush/Tall Grass/etc.) I can see where someone might like to use both in their quest. A screen flag might work, too, but maybe someone might want to use both on the same screen, hence the combo type.

Thoughts? Ideas for a better name?

True, I personally would prefer a new combo type, as you suggested. But I'm not good at naming things, however I see nothing wrong with "Patient Slash" and/or "Sensitive Slash".

Though if you're gonna name the new combo "patient" then it means you would transfer this current and too patient behaviour of the slashable tiles for this new combo and make the old slashable tiles (slash, bush, grass etc) sensitive again like they used to be in the past, right? (Just making sure I got this right)

Just realised that this is a compatability bug. Moving to the correct subforum...
