If you have flags on the bottom row of a screen, they will also appear on the second from bottom row of the screen below.
You can't get rid of them or anything though, and they don't function, they just appear there in ZQuest.

yeah, and if you want to put another kind of flags on the screen below you just can�t.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention that.
I'm not sure whether you can place them but just not see them or not though, I think that might be the case.
