When I (for example) open the "screen" menu and go to a submenu quickly(so go to it with my mouse, withouth clicking!) Zquest acts like I did click the with the mouse, thus opening a submenu I scroll over at that moment. Hard to explain, anyway, extremely annoying, it causes me to wait a second or two and then choose a submenu.
I use small mode, windowed 3x mode and build 798. This never happened before, so it must be something with ZC.
Bug in opening menus.
The Screen menu doesn't have submenus.
The bug is that a submenus pop open without clicking, you say? ...Not confirmed.
What the...?
You know what menus are right? File, screen, quest, etc, view... =\
Submenu is a part of the MENU, so screen data, quest rules(which also has submenus)..., that's what I mean.
Yes they open withouth clicking, just read what I said in my actual post with this new information...
Either I don't see what you're seeing, or this can't be called a bug. As far as I know, what's happening is you think you're clicking on a menu heading to open it (Screen, Tools, etc.), but instead, you're pulling your mouse downward before unclicking, causing to open an option in the menu. This behavior exists in every version of ZQuest ever created (I even tried v1.00), and in fact, it happens within the Windows operating system.
But I'm starting to think I got lost in the unclarity of your problem...
