pressing both keys at the same time (or press ctrl first) and hold them down to have one after the other. [just some info]

Press Alt immediately followed by Ctrl to have both your A and B item work together at the same time. (sword+ hammer for instance)
It's not letting me use both weapons at once. One weapon gets used, immediately followed by the other. It could have been fixed since 780 came out while fixing another bug.
