It looks like if it's real then it's made of cotton or yarn or something.
I drew the line digitally. And yeah, I smudged and blurred it a little too much in some places.

It looks shopped a little. I can't say why, but something just doesn't look right in the picture. Either that or it's just the camera angle because if you look closely they clearly are not kissing on the lips.

As per the name in the upper right, it's a piece by artist Fredrik Andersson, who has an online gallery (http://www.elfwood.com/art/a/n/andersson/) which will come up as the first link in a Google search for "Fredrik Andersson." 10 seconds of further reading informed me that he has an older gallery (http://www.naorhy.com/) with additional works.
