I hope these weren't already reported

That first bug in the image has already been reported and fixed.
As for the second one, I'm not entirely sure that's a bug. Because Link is a few pixels above the mirror, and all the floor tiles lined up with it. He has to cover up the full tile in order for the magic to hurt him.
theres a collision rule in regards to old LOZ collision detection and new detection.

You mean the Correct Offset Enemy Weapon Collision Detection rule? Unfortunately, even with that rule checked, Link's own reflected weapons won't hurt him unless he covers up the full tile rather than just the top half. I should know, I tried it out with that rule checked.
to me, this is NOT normal
because in 2.10 Link should've been hurt, check it by yourself with this vid
plus, there is not 36 positions possible between two combos in 2.10...
or maybe 2.5 wasn't planned to play 2.10 quests? I hope that's not the case

Oh, I see. The reflected magic in that video did hurt Link when he was halfway above the magic prism. In that case, confirmed!😉
How? the behaviour in the video could be a bug 😉 maybe it is meant to miss you 😃
Could... could someone reconfirm this for the current build?
To recap: the 'bug' is that, when Link is standing halfway between two vertically adjacent 4-way prism combos, the horizontal reflected magic flies straight past Link's head and feet without colliding.
I can confirm this, but I am unsure of what the "correct" behaviour is.
Okay. Bug fixed.
