Yeah, it looks like it. In my 2.10 quest, Link to the Heavens, I pick up any Heart Container, save, continue, and Link immediately dies. This happens every time afterward.
EDIT: It may have something to do with cheating... I'll look into it further.

Does anyone have more information about this bug? I'm not seeing it.
It happens to me to except that under different curcumstances it seems to happen when ever i save testing my quest insted of spawning at 30% hearts as set it results in the above instant death then respawn with full hearts
Does this bug happen every time you quit->continue in your save file, the first time you quit->continue after picking up a heart piece, or only if you quit->continue during the heart piece pickup?
as far as my tests in my quest went it only happened after the first heart container pickup so i personally have no idea if it happens when one isn't picked up

I was walking around, ready to make copies of my quest in order to pinpoint this glitch, and when I was ready to copy, I saved.... and continued... and died.
I didn't pick up any Heart Container, but I did give myself items with the cheat code... It might have something to do with cheating or getting an item.
I don't think this bug has anything to do with the HC. I tested it out and I did not die once I started the quest up again after saving. I would check into the cheat codes as being the source of the problem.
I agree, the bug is definitely not exclusive to the Heart Container.
This'll be my project for the day, to pinpoint this glitch. I'll be back when I get it.

Well, I confirm that something is still causing Link to die upon continuing after saving in 738, but I don't know what. I still think it's due to cheating, but I'll have to look into this (I completely forgot about it until yesterday).
I have a somewhat similar problem involving Heart Containers in 737. When you pick one up, it doesn't increase your heart count. Apparently(from Pineconn's video) this is fixed in 738 and up, could anyone confirm this for me?
