Play any quest meant prior to 2.10 (The Hidden Duality, Director's Cut was what I used). Play against any non Dodongo boss, defeat him, and then die on a later screen. Continue, and go back to the screen where you fought the non Dodongo boss. He's alive and kicking when he shouldn't be.
